I am responding to the e-mail I got asking for suggestions. I think Malayalee assn. need to be a platform for all Malayalees without any hesitation. Malayalle assn should earn the trust of Malayalees. CMA should encorage people to communicate. I like this forum to discuss what is every body is expecting from association. There are lot of Malayalee families who dont know or little know about the CMA and there should be a massive effort from CMA to get all the ( I mean all ) involved in this Unique organization to do some positive community efforts collectively. If we unite together under the umbrella of this assn., we could let other community know our presence by doing several positive things. Christmas celebrations: From my experience, all parents wants to see their kinds doing something on the platforms. Unfortunately our assn.programms , same faces see all the programmes. somebody should take responsibility in organizing kids programs having all kids (if possible all)involved. This is easy to say and hard to do without the full hearted support of all people, especially commitee members. Committee should ask for help from volunteers. There are lot of single people who can help and they are willing to help. I dont want to go much longer than it is already. Let me conclude this by saying joint effort is the answer for all the success. Thanks ! Jacob John.
